Return policies
Policy of revolution
To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exchanges
Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item (size exchanges are not available as you must verify the size before placing your order). In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and send the refund.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Each order is prepared individually; we do not keep pre-made products in stock.
After 24 hours from placing the order, no cancellations or changes to the order (size, color, etc.) will be accepted.
